What the service is
PermitChampion sends subscribers a daily email of recent Seattle building permits that name a contractor, filtered to the trades and budget range you select, along with contact and licence details drawn from public records. Leads are also available in your account on this site.
Billing
The subscription is $89 per month, billed to your card through Stripe starting the day you sign up, and automatically each month after until you cancel.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you don’t land a paying job from a lead in your first 30 days, it’s free. Email hello@permitchampion.com within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full — one guarantee per customer.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime. Reply “cancel” to any email or write to hello@permitchampion.com, and we’ll stop your billing — effective the same day, no contract, no cancellation fee. Because this is a digital service delivered continuously, we don’t pro-rate or refund the current month, but cancelling stops all future charges immediately. If you were charged in error, email us and we’ll make it right.
Accuracy & your responsibility
Our leads come from public records that we organize and enrich, but we don’t control the underlying data and can’t guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. Licence status in particular is shown as the state last published it — always verify a contractor’s licence and credentials yourself before doing business. The service is provided “as is,” and you use the information at your own discretion.
Acceptable use
Your subscription is for your own business use. Don’t resell, republish, or redistribute the feed, and don’t use it for any unlawful purpose or to harass anyone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PermitChampion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
